Allington Court Bupa Care Home, sharing a site with Tenterden House Care Home, has undergone a significant refurbishment, enhancing the comfort and aesthetics for its residents. As Clinical Service Manager, you'll lead our care team, ensuring high-quality care that addresses residents' comprehensive needs.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou'll contribute to our mission by:
- Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
- Collaborating with your team to create and update individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
- Maintaining efficient management of rotas to ensure correct staffing levels.
- Providing day-to-day support and guidance to the team - promoting our residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
- Building lasting relationships with the residents and the people they care about, as well as caring about the home itself - fostering a sense of community.
- Liaising with local partners, playing an important role in raising the care home's profile in the local area and beyond.

Key Skills and QualificationsRequired:
- Registered Nurse: Must have a valid NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development.
- Resident-Centric: Understands the impact of quality nursing care on residents' lives, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
- Clinical Knowledge: Up to date with tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
- Time Management: Effective management of rotas and resources.
