About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our brand-new World of Hearing store as a Hearing Aid Audiologist - Clinical Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hearing care services and products to our customers in a specialized, customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of audiologists and hearing care professionals to deliver high-quality hearing care services.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hearing care services and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hearing technology and audiological principles to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide personalized consultations to customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to promote hearing care products and services.

Person Specification:

  • BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
  • Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Consistent clinical audit results.
  • Completion of CPD requirements.
  • Achievement of commercial targets.
  • Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
