"Clinical Service Manager - Allington Court-St Albans" is a key role within our care home, where you will lead our care team and ensure high-quality care that addresses residents' comprehensive needs.

"Your key responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.

* Creating and updating individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records.

* Maintaining efficient management of rotas to ensure correct staffing levels.

* Providing day-to-day support and guidance to the team - promoting our residents' independence, choice, and dignity.

* Building lasting relationships with the residents and the people they care about, as well as caring about the home itself - fostering a sense of community.

* Liaising with local partners, playing an important role in raising the care home's profile in the local area and beyond.
