About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Adult Counselling team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our counsellors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our service users.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with experience in leading teams and providing clinical supervision. You will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
