We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin/Procurement Assistant to join the contracts team at a leading design and fit-out company with over 40 years of industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls, transfer to relevant team members, and take/distribute messages.
- Handle document scanning, copying, and filing.
- Assist with raising Purchase Orders and managing Operation Manuals.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of XERO is desirable.
- Experience in administration (2 years minimum required).
