Contract: Full-time, Temporary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin/Procurement Assistant to join the contracts team at a leading design and fit-out company with over 40 years of industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, transfer to relevant team members, and take/distribute messages.
  • Handle document scanning, copying, and filing.
  • Assist with raising Purchase Orders and managing Operation Manuals.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of XERO is desirable.
  • Experience in administration (2 years minimum required).
