Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with various services related to their apartments, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
  • Support the concierge team in delivering top-notch service, anticipating and exceeding residents' expectations.
  • Handle residents' requests with efficiency and professionalism, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospitality or residential environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with confident communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with residents and colleagues.
  • Computer literacy, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • UK driving license and experience driving luxury vehicles, with a focus on safety and discretion.
