About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Advisor to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a key member of our People Ops team, you will play a critical role in driving our Diversity, Inclusivity & Belonging agenda forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of our DI&B action plan, ensuring alignment with our company values and culture.
  • Advise leadership on inclusive recruitment practices and support the internal talent team in implementing these initiatives.
  • Analyse diversity data to track our performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct diversity assessments of our organisational practices and policies, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Coach and upskill managers and employees on the value of diversity and inclusion.
  • Organise events and awareness sessions to celebrate DI&B and provide education and development opportunities.
  • Provide support to our DI&B forum and identify opportunities to close pay gaps.
  • Support the development of tender-winning DI&B responses and provide feedback on actions needed to improve.
  • Work closely with our social value team to provide data, regular reporting, and maintain external partnerships.
  • Represent us at external networking events and build relationships with external organisations to support best practice development.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing D&I initiatives, with a strong knowledge of D&I principles, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive decision-making and improvement.
  • Confidence to facilitate and present, and effectively network.
