About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Bobbins in Swindon. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users with learning or physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing response support during the nights
  • 1:1 support for our individuals
  • Personal care
  • Light household duties if required
  • Administering medication (if required)
  • Supporting service users with physical disabilities using trained techniques and aids

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational, time management, planning and communication skills
  • Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
