Your Responsibilities- Provide responsive support throughout the night, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents.
- Deliver personalized 1:1 support tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Assist with personal care tasks, promoting dignity and independence.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive living environment by assisting with light household duties as needed.
- Administer medication (if required) in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
- Utilize trained techniques and aids, such as hoists, wheelchairs, and modified bathing equipment, to support individuals with physical disabilities.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, planning, and communication skills.
- A flexible, professional, and positive approach to working in a dynamic environment.
- Proven reliability with a commitment to full attendance and punctuality.
- The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
