We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Bobbins in Swindon. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users.

About the Role:

  • Provide responsive support during night shifts
  • Offer 1:1 support to individuals, promoting independence and confidence
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing and dressing
  • Contribute to light household duties as required
  • Administer medication (if required)
  • Support service users with physical disabilities using trained techniques and aids
