Complex Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Bobbins, a residential service for adults with learning or physical disabilities.

As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing response support during the night, including 1:1 support for our individuals, personal care, light household duties, and administering medication if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing response support during the night
  • 1:1 support for our individuals
  • Personal care

  • Administering medication if required

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational, time management, planning and communication skills
  • Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
