Job Title: Support Worker Nights

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Bobbins in Wiltshire, Swindon. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning or physical disabilities.

Job Summary:

This is a part-time permanent position, working every other weekend, with a rota-based schedule. You will be working 44 hours per week, with shifts from 22:00 to 09:00. The salary for this role is £27,715.05 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide response support during the night shifts
  • Offer 1:1 support to individuals, including personal care and light household duties
  • Administer medication (if required)
  • Support service users with physical disabilities using trained techniques and aids
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational, time management, planning, and communication skills
  • Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
