Children Support Worker

Brook Street Social Care NMR is seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Children Support Worker.

About the Role:

As a Children Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily care, individual support, and record-keeping for young people who may face challenges. You will work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Care: Providing personal care, assisting with activities, and helping with household chores.

  • Medication and Finances: Ensuring medication is administered correctly and managing financial transactions.
