About the Role

eSift Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Sales and Training Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales and Training Executive, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory of independent pharmacies, providing sales and brand training, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 600+ independent pharmacies within a defined territory
  • Provide sales and brand training to pharmacy staff, including owners, pharmacists, locum, dispensing technicians, and healthcare assistants
  • Assess and improve product knowledge and compliance within pharmacies
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement a structured approach to influencing and selling
  • Utilize effective time management and journey planning skills to optimize sales calls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and market share
Requirements
  • Proven experience in face-to-face training and sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sales process and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data and market reports
  • Effective presentation skills and ability to use sales aids
  • Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
