As a key member of the product development team, you will be responsible for managing the pipeline of concept-to-launch product development, driving innovation and excellence in food technology and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of complex NPD and innovation projects, ensuring delivery of the R&D plan to agreed timings, budget, and quality standards.
  • Understand customer and consumer insights and translate them into safe, legal, and repeatable specifications.
  • Forge strong and effective relationships with a network of technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internally and with suppliers.
  • Develop new products and drive innovation, working at the forefront of food technology and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Qualified by degree (or equivalent) in food science or food technology.
  • Sound technical understanding of the effects of ingredients and experience of powder-manufacturing processes.
  • High level of numeracy to interpret trend analysis and consumer insights, with some knowledge of statistical tools for analyzing data.
