Job Title: Director of Human Resources

Fitch Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the development and management of our people policy framework and associated programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations and workforce risk management, with the ability to align our HR policies with our company's strategic goals while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain our HR policy framework, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR colleagues and line managers on people policy and employee relations topics.
  • Oversee the HR Mandatory Training program and establish governance of Employee Relations case management.
  • Act as Employee Data Privacy Coordinator, providing advice and support to HR as needed.
  • Coordinate with HR for Ethics Hotline Complaints and Regulatory Violations involving HR.
  • Lead on policy or governance-focused projects alongside the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of employee relations and workforce risk management in a regulated international organization.
  • Proven track record in policy development and guidance provision.
  • Skilled influencer with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision.
