Job Title: Community Services GP

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join our team at Hightown Surgery. As a Community Services GP, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surgery consultations and provide expert medical advice to patients
  • Manage patient queries and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assess patient health needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness
  • Prescribe medication and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

As a Community Services GP, you will be required to work autonomously and make professional decisions in relation to patient care. You will also be expected to participate in the Enhanced access rota and undertake a fair share of home visiting sessions per week.
