About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Ramsay Health Care. As a Registered Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in our 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of our Theatre team to deliver high standards of patient care.
  • Providing individualised care to patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery.
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Adhering to Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC.
  • Previous scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery experience (minimum 2 specialisms).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service.
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
  • Demonstrated computer skills.
