Theatre Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Theatre Practitioner to join our Theatre team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
About the Role:As a Registered Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced operating theatre environment. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth delivery of surgical services, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide efficient and individualized patient care in the operating theatre
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Adhere to all Ramsay Health Care policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the Theatre team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Registered with the NMC/HCPC
- Previous scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery experience (minimum 2 specialisms)
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated computer skills
