Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Decent Packaging. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize our CRM system to record and maintain customer information and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
