About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at The Sales Recruitment Company. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with our sales team to achieve targets.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate risk by ensuring that all client interactions are conducted in a professional and compliant manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Proactive approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fully IT literate, and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field.
