Swimming Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 2 ASA qualification and have a strong passion for swimming and working with children. You will be part of a dynamic team that operates throughout the year, providing continuous learning and development opportunities for our swimmers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver swimming lessons to children, adhering to ASA standards and guidelines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children and their parents
  • Work collaboratively with the swim school team to ensure a smooth and efficient lesson program
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new swimming programs and initiatives
Requirements
  • Level 2 ASA qualification
  • Current rescue test or National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the swimming lesson program
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
