Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiating settlements for credit hire, vehicle repair, storage, recovery, and other uninsured losses directly with the at-fault insurer or legal representatives.
  • Managing payments, incoming correspondence, and telephone inquiries.
  • Overseeing a personal caseload of up to 300 claims.

Qualifications:
While knowledge of the ABI GTA and motor accident claims is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and familiarity with the Pro Claim system is preferred but not required.
