Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driver's license (company vehicle provided)
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Experience in residential childcare (preferred but not essential)
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People's qualification (preferred but not essential)
