For over 25 years, Branas Isaf has excelled in providing an integrated model of education, therapy, and therapeutic care for young individuals with a variety of emotional, behavioral, and complex interpersonal needs.

As a Childcare Support Specialist at Branas Isaf, your primary responsibility will be to guide our young clients towards a deeper understanding of their past behaviors. You will empower them to enhance their interpersonal skills, first within the therapeutic home setting and eventually in the broader community.

Our team of Childcare Support Specialists comes from diverse backgrounds, bringing a wealth of transferable skills from various fields.

Key Requirements

  • Full UK driver licence (company provides a vehicle during working hours)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings, nights, and weekends)
  • Experience in a Residential Childcare Environment (preferred)
  • Level 3 in Children's and Young People or equivalent (preferred but not essential as comprehensive training is provided)
