CareTech Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Residential Support Professional to join our team at Branas Isaf Children's Service.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can provide high-quality care and support to young people with emotional, behavioural, and complex interpersonal needs. As a Residential Childcare Worker in a therapeutic setting, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment that encourages our young children to develop essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualised care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans.
  • Support young people in their daily activities, including education, therapy, and leisure pursuits.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, promoting open communication and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence (company vehicle provided).
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Experience in residential childcare environment (preferred).
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential, with full training provided).
