Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Branas Isaf Children's Service, part of the CareTech Group.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex emotional and behavioral needs. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages our young children to develop essential life skills and improve their interpersonal functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of community and belonging among young people and staff.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in residential childcare and therapeutic support.

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driver's license (company-provided vehicle during working hours)
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Experience in residential childcare environments (preferred but not essential, as full training provided)
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People's qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
