Branas Isaf provides an exceptional integrated model of education, therapy, and therapeutic care for young people facing emotional, behavioral, and complex interpersonal challenges.

Your Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in guiding our children towards a deeper understanding of their past behaviors. You'll empower them to improve their interpersonal skills within the therapeutic home environment and ultimately in the wider community.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a full UK driver's license (company vehicle provided during work hours).
  • Is flexible and available to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Has experience in a residential childcare setting (preferred).
  • Holds a Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential as full training is provided).
