Enhanced Healthcare is a specialist health and social care staffing provider operating across North Wales and North West England.

This opportunity is to join our team of flexible workers in the Gwynedd area in our Nursing and Residential Care & Nursing Homes. **If you have at least 6 months experience within the UK in a health and social care setting** then we have the ideal job for you.

**Please note: it is a requirement for the successful applicants to have a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle **

You will be responsible for providing quality and reliable care and support to our clients and community. Whether you want full or part time hours over days, nights or sleep shifts we can support you.

What’s in it for you?

**Money**

We offer fantastic hourly rates starting from £11.20 through to £22.00 depending on the shift you work. You will get paid weekly, and you will also accrue holiday pay on top of those rates of pay which you can claim weekly or accrue for when you take time off. We have the best refer a friend scheme in the area - for every Healthcare Support Worker to us you can earn £250 and £500 for every Nurse - with no limit to how many referrals you can make

We are looking for Support Workers across North Wales to join our community of flexible workers - whether you want full time or part time hours, over days or night shifts we can support you.

**So, what do we want?**

We are looking for people that share our values of quality, excellence, dignity, respect, and accountability. You will need a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering outstanding care and support to everyone.

**Salary**: £11.20-£22.00 per hour
