About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Branas Isaf Children's Service, part of the CareTech Group.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex emotional and behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their emotional and behavioral well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Encourage and facilitate positive relationships between young people, staff, and the wider community.
  • Contribute to a safe and therapeutic living environment, adhering to CareTech's values and standards.
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving license (company vehicle provided).
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Experience in residential childcare environments (preferred).
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People's qualification or equivalent (preferred, but full training provided).
