We are seeking a skilled Forms Developer to join our team and support the Digital Manager in creating high-quality user experiences for our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating existing online forms into Drupal webforms, enhancing the forms to improve customer service, and supporting the development of user-centred approaches to self-service solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Drupal webforms to replace existing online forms
  • Enhance forms to improve customer service and user experience
  • Support the Digital Manager in developing user-centred approaches to self-service solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from all directorates and the Council's IT provider (NEC)
  • Develop self-service and CRM system including e-forms, processes, users, and back-office system connectors
  • Advise the wider organisation on Bexley's approach to digital design standards and guidelines
  • Manage the issue management process via User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ticketing systems, and collaborative tools

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and implementing Drupal webforms
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with stakeholders from various departments and the Council's IT provider
