**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes to the highest standard, following the head chef's instructions.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Support senior chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service.
* Participate in the creation and development of new dishes, working collaboratively with the kitchen team.
* Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the senior chefs.
* Work efficiently under pressure, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
