Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Junior Sous Chef to assist in leading our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a high-end kitchen and possess exceptional culinary skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading the kitchen and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
  • Guide and train junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive environment.
  • Contribute creatively to menu development and bring fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and culinary excellence.
  • Deliver high-quality dishes and maintain presentation standards.
