Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to work with a new cohort of early years students who have just moved up into the school. You will be responsible for providing one-to-one support, facilitating group activities, and assisting with classroom management. You will also be working in a separate, sensory-friendly space to support students with special educational needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs
  • Facilitate group activities to promote learning and socialization
  • Assist with classroom management and organization
  • Work in a separate, sensory-friendly space to support students with special needs
Requirements:
  • Level 2 / 3 Qualification in Supporting and Learning in Schools (preferred but not essential)
  • SEN experience (preferred) or willingness to work with students with special needs
  • Experience in a similar role (essential)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different learners
  • DBS - Full enhanced CHILD ONLY
