Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a primary school in King Heath. The successful candidate will work closely with a child with Special Educational Needs to provide one-to-one support and help them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to a child with SEN
Work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement personalized learning plans
Assist with lesson planning and preparation
Maintain accurate records of progress and development

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and parents
Positive and nurturing attitude towards children
Relevant qualification such as a Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in School
Valid DBS and two references
