About the Team:
The AlphaSense Sales team is divided into two primary segments: Financial Services and Corporates. The Financial Services team concentrates on engaging with hedge funds, asset management firms, investment banks, and private equity, while the Corporate Sales team targets Fortune 1000 companies across various sectors, including Life Sciences, Technology, Media, Telecom, Energy, Industrials, Consulting, and Consumer Packaged Goods. Both teams consist of professionals specializing in Enterprise and Mid-Market sales, with an additional focus on Investor Relations.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented sales professional to join our expanding Corporate Sales team, specifically targeting our mid-market clientele. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company and promote an award-winning product that is gaining traction across diverse industries. Your efforts will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned Sales Professional with experience in corporate vertical markets such as Technology, Media, Telecom, Consumer Packaged Goods, Life Sciences, Professional Services, or Energy and Industrial sectors. You understand that sales is both an art and a science, and you can clearly articulate the factors that lead to success.

- Intellectually curious, capable of asking the right questions to uncover business challenges at all organizational levels, from analysts to C-suite executives.

What You'll Do:
- Engage in cold calling, prospecting, and conducting technical demonstrations as part of a comprehensive sales role targeting corporate intelligence departments within mid-market verticals.
- Research potential opportunities, initiate discussions, build relationships, conduct product demonstrations, manage trials, and most importantly: close deals. This is a full-cycle sales position where every task, big or small, contributes to success.
- Accurately forecast sales and develop a robust pipeline to meet or exceed quotas.
- Collaborate closely with our Product Specialist team during trials to ensure client engagement and successful purchases.
- Collect and share product feedback from clients and prospects with sales and product teams to continuously enhance our offerings.
