  • Manage all media tasks assigned to you, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with the Media team to produce engaging and interactive media content, adhering to the Courseware and Media production process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and track media status for all ongoing work requests.
  • Support in compiling information and reports as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an administrative customer service role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and meeting minute-taking.
