Topps Group, a leading provider of high-quality products and solutions within the House Builder Sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven House Builder Sales Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive profitable sales growth and exceed budget targets in the Midlands area.
- Develop and nurture business relationships with key stakeholders to identify decision makers and strategic business-to-business opportunities.
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' business needs and requirements to present products and solutions in a structured and professional manner.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals to maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Provide local technical advisory support and be recognized as a resource to the customer base.
- Prepare thoroughly for customer meetings using the company's Business Intelligence system.
- Ensure the company CRM system is updated daily to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal sales support functions to drive sales growth.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the house builder sector.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the house builder market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and business intelligence tools to drive sales growth.
