About the Role

Topps Tiles is seeking a dynamic sales professional to fill the role of House Builder Sales Manager. This position is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to drive sales growth and exceed budget targets in the Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share in the house builder sector.
  • Identify and nurture key business relationships with house builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers' business needs and requirements, and provide tailored sales solutions to meet their needs.
  • Promote CTD Group products and solutions to house builders, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal sales support functions to ensure seamless sales processes and effective customer service.
  • Monitor and self-assess performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the house builder sector.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the house builder market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
