Key Responsibilities:
- As part of an agile front door service, you will adapt to changing demand and internal transformation, ensuring customer interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.
- You will utilize modern workflow practices and technology to deliver improved responses to service requests, enquiries, payments, and incoming reports, processing transactions and organizing access to specialists when required.
- You will update systems, people, and documentation to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and validity, increasing the value and effectiveness of our data resources.
- You will promote digital and self-serve options to service users, encouraging their use through effective digital inclusion activities to achieve the channel shift programme.
- You will conduct robust assessments, recording and reviewing risks and vulnerabilities, escalating as necessary to the appropriate level within the service structure.
Requirements:
- Experience of providing advice and practical assistance to the public in a social housing, public sector, or equivalent setting.
- Experience of working in and delivering services to a multi-cultural community.
- High level of numeracy and literacy, with the ability to quickly work with financial data and communicate complex information verbally and in writing in a simple and clear way.
Important Notes:
- You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
- You should have the right to work in the UK.
- This role requires a basic DBS.
