Deputy Ward Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Ward Manager. Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience in a leadership and management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies
  • Experience of working with diverse patient populations
