About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Editor to join our team at Yours Clothing Limited. As a Visual Content Editor, you will be responsible for editing and retouching high-quality images for our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and retouch all e-commerce model imagery to a fast-paced standard.
  • Produce mannequin cut-outs to a perfected standard and edit web shoot model images to a standard ready for online use.
  • Load imagery to the company database once complete, adhering to retouch guides and formats.
  • Occasionally retouch store POS and campaign imagery to a high-end standard, requiring in-depth retouch knowledge.
  • Achieve daily set targets at an excellent quality.
  • Follow seasonal updates and creative direction.
  • Ensure excellence in quality, quantity, and consistency.
  • Occasionally take on mannequin and product photography tasks.
  • Keep the delivery list up to date on image status.
  • Understand marketplace requirements and ensure all image needs for each marketplace are met and handed over.
  • Process imagery to and from external retouch agencies, organizing files and logs.
  • Receive and organize external brand imagery for live use on the site.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated and a desire to excel.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team and use own initiative.
  • Proven record of good attendance and flexibility.
  • Energy and enthusiasm to succeed.
  • Ability to work hard and smart.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment.
  • Outstanding loyalty and commitment to the business.
  • Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and a friendly style.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role is desired.
  • Competent in Photoshop and using a Wacom.
  • A qualification in a creative subject would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and Capture One is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to work on both Mac and Windows.
  • Ability to quickly source product images from existing libraries.
  • Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and a friendly style.
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute. Hard working and friendly.
  • Basic IT skills are required.
