Job Title: Senior Retoucher

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retoucher to join our team at Yours Clothing Limited. As a Senior Retoucher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality post-production images for our ecommerce product photography and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on retouching for creative projects through all phases of the production cycle.
  • Work closely with the senior team to proactively deliver consistent post-production output for all business requirements.
  • Be a hands-on senior level retoucher able to execute expert levels of technical and creative techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the creative team and photographers on edit specifications.
  • Support the post-production lead in the delivery of targets and department goals, deputising as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a photographic subject.
  • Technical expertise of retouching: creative studio and location imagery, advanced understanding of skin treatment, ecommerce imagery.
  • Deep understanding of image contrarians.
  • Experience in the studio and production industry with a breadth of understanding of post-production processes.
  • Highly organised with ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
  • Expertise gained from both inhouse or agency studios experience.
