Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Plan, create, and distribute content across our brand portfolio to help raise brand awareness.
  • Storytelling: Work with the franchise network, supported by the Sales & Marketing Manager, to gather stories and content for digital publication.
  • PR and Communications: Write and edit regular external communications in the form of PR for the franchise network, then share these across the website and social media pages.
  • Blogging: Develop a new blog to help push information out to the public.
  • Marketing Calls: Participate in regular marketing calls with franchisees, responsible for following up on actions discussed to help develop their local businesses through marketing channels.
  • Website Maintenance: Keep the website up to date, including overseeing the maintenance of content and imagery, ensuring it is relevant and correct.
  • Email Marketing: Support regular email marketing by designing and implementing e-shots within the FORCE 24 system.
  • Project Management: Promote different aspects of the business through the creation of project outlines and plans for key sector campaigns, liaising with key stakeholders.
  • Event Support: Support in any corporate trade shows, meet the buyer events, and the Annual conference event with marketing materials and relevant merchandise.
  • Research and Development: Research and purchase new merchandise, conduct regular stock take of marketing merchandise.
  • Internal Communications: Compile the internal quarterly newsletter and research new content ideas.
  • Supplier Liaison: Liaise with external suppliers and printers to reorder literature and other materials needed.
  • Support and Collaboration: Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in all relevant marketing tasks.
Requirements:
  • Positive Attitude: Positive can-do attitude and a fast learner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and independently manage and prioritise workload.
  • Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Keen to keep up to date with the latest marketing trends.
  • Software Skills: Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress programmes is an advantage.
  • Content Creation: Experience in creating written content is highly desirable.
  • Organisation: Excellent organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Communication: Confident communicator with good attention to detail and accuracy.
