**What is the role**

Working closely with the more senior photographers on the team you will have a creative vision that supports your eye for fashion and photography. A basic understanding of lighting and photography equipment is essential. This role requires someone who is efficient with their time, is eager to learn and can work well in a fast paced environment that is target based.

**What you will do**
- Shooting product imagery across all of our brands that is authentic, on brand and in line with the shoot guides
- Working to targets daily
- Follow all daily processes ensuring the highest standards are upheld
- Contribute to team meetings
- voicing any ideas and be solutions driven
- Ensure all studio pods are set up and packed down correctly at the start and end of every day
- There may be times when you will be required to step up and support other teams in the department, such as retouching, still life or work on a creative shoot
- Build strong relationships with your peers and seniors
- Keep up to date with competitors and trends, putting forward any ideas to your Seniors and Lead
- Maintain a good work ethic
- Be open to new ways of working in this continually evolving studio team
- Following the Lead photography guidelines
- maintain the weekly stock inventory for the photography equipment
- Source props as and when required, that are in keeping with the shoot direction

**What you will bring**
- Basic photography skills required with some experience shooting in a studio desired
- Basic lighting and camera knowledge
- Creatively driven while delivering to a process and target
- A good team player with a can do attitude
- Solutions driven - Proactive approach to problem solving
- Understanding of basic retouch and colour correction - desirable
- Actively seeking to grow your skills in Ecom photography
- Basic understanding in video - desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- A good level of computer knowledge
