About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Guest Experience Team as a Guest Experience Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Welcome Packs to warmly greet our guests upon their arrival
  • Extend a warm welcome to guests as they arrive at our reception area
  • Extend hospitality through courtesy check-in calls, ensuring guests feel appreciated and attended to from the moment they arrive
  • Share your insider's knowledge of our facilities and services with our guests, enriching their stay with tips and recommendations
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our team to swiftly and effectively address any queries or concerns our guests may have, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay

Pay Rates

£16 to £17 per hour, £18 to £20 per hour, £21+ per hour
