Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Buckinghamshire

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time (3 days/week)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 FTE

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR department and provide strategic support to our school community. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and retention: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Succession planning: Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Employee relations: Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Policy development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the school's values and goals.
  • Organizational change: Support the school's leadership team in implementing organizational change initiatives.
  • Performance management: Develop and implement performance management systems to support staff development and growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant CIPD qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in an education sector setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels.
