Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Empowering Learning is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Manager to lead their HR department. This is a part-time role, approximately 3 days a week, and is permanent.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy. This role is busy and dynamic and will require someone who is highly organized and possesses excellent administrative skills, remains calm under pressure, and can work to tight deadlines.

  • Employee relations
  • Policy development
  • Organizational change and performance management
  • CPD

Requirements:

  • Relevant CIPD qualifications
  • Relevant work experience in HR roles
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Excellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in the education sector is desirable
  • Emotionally resilient and able to handle a busy and varied workload
  • Good interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively and relate to people at all levels
  • A self-starter with a high level of time management and planning skills
