Sales Manager - MAHLE

As the Sales Manager for the designated territory, you will take full charge of aftermarket sales, focusing on specific clients and purchasing groups. Your role will involve crafting a sales strategy that addresses customer requirements while showcasing your adeptness in problem-solving and negotiation. You will be accountable for driving new business initiatives and nurturing ongoing client relationships, all while adhering to MAHLE's established processes and standards. You will serve as the sales advocate for selected product categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee assigned clients and/or purchasing groups.
  • Aim to surpass sales objectives and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Comprehend essential client requirements, devise tailored solutions, negotiate effectively, and adhere to timelines.
  • Develop and nurture accounts, deliver updates on account status, and engage in pricing discussions.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, conduct competitor assessments, and possess technical knowledge of MAHLE products.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs – A-C grades (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English.
  • Technical certification in Automotive Technology or a Degree in Engineering.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management.
  • Experience in project management with the capability to develop monitoring documents.
  • Background in the Automotive Aftermarket and technical sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple product lines effectively.
