About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at MET Recruitment UK Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the business operations team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Handle customer inquiries and respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales orders and manage customer relationships.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Produce purchase orders and chase outstanding supplier purchase orders.
- Assist with invoicing and financial tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
- Excellent customer service skills to promote client satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and execute duties.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
- Good telephone manner.
- Computer literate.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
